2007 News Items

The 2007 Soccer Festival was held on May 20, 2007.
All U14, U16 and U19 teams had matches in Corning Stadium.

The 2006 Annual Meeting of the Club was held December 12, 2006.
At 5:30pm in the Corning Inc. headquarters building.
All CUSC members are invited to attend and vote.
Members consists of:
Players 18 years old or older
Parents or guardians of players under 18 years old (1 vote per registered player)
Volunteers (coach, team manager, administrator)
The agenda will include:
Roll Call
Elections
Proposed By-Law Amendments
Other Business brought by any member

2006-2007 Winter Indoor program begins on December 3, 2006.
The program is a good way for players to have fun each Sunday afternoon.

CUSC Coaches complete the USSF E-class coaching certification Dec. 11, 2005.
Nikki Dye and Don Allen are each certified coaches now.
Congratulations to them for completing the course aimed at improving their coaching skills.

CUSC seeks volunteer coaches and team managers.

A head coach for the U16 Boys team is needed
Qualified assistant coaches are needed for U12B, U14B, U16B, U19B, U12G, U14G, U16G, U19G teams
Team managers are needed for U12B, U14B, U16B, U19B, U12G, U14G, U19G teams

Donate your uniform to another player.
We are accepting donations of gently used uniforms.
We need jerseys (both red and white) and shorts in all sizes.
The need is for the Spring program starting April 1.
Contact Chad Freelove to make arrangements.
We will be an ongoing recepticle for uniforms
as players grow out of them or decide not to play anymore.
