2007 Fall Registration

 Fall soccer registration is open for players aged 10 through 12, both boys and girls. There will be a U12 Boys and a U12 Girls team. The registration fee is $50.00 per player.

For players new to the Corning United Soccer Club, we will also need to have a copy of your birth certificate to verify your age.

Check your Birth Date to see if you are eligible for these U12 teams.

Registration is now open for Fall U12 soccer teams.

Extended registration deadline is August 12, so do it now!

Online Registration
This year you can easily register online for Fall U12 soccer teams. We have no arrangment for paper registration, so please take this chance to register online in one simple step.


In order to complete Online Registration you must
use a credit card, either Visa or Mastercard.

Partial or full scholarships are available for players that need it.

Uniform information
Each player will need a uniform, consisting of a red/black striped jersey, a white jersey, black shorts and black socks. If you do not have a uniform from a previous year that fits, you will need a new one. These can be purchased from the Corning United Soccer Club for $75.00 after the teams are formed.
